Interesting that we got pissed at the Chinese almost exactly a year ago for the exact same thing. Only they didn't pretend that it was for the safety of the public.

I think it's very important that they test this out...no matter the cost. We don't want any terrorists being able to get to us from space. Remember that we American's would rather give up the most the most basic freedoms than admit that we're vulnerable.
